For innovation to be truly impactful, I believe there are a few conditions:
It needs to balance addressing today’s challenges and exploring tomorrow’s opportunities.
The whole organisation needs to be on the journey to realise sustainable success for employees and customers.
Both progress and outcomes need to be measured.
As a Systems Engineer, I’m committed to make sure these conditions are met as efficiently as possible while looking at the overall challenges holistically. To do this, I have developed a Systemic Approach that is enhanced with elements of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile methodologies.
I’ve applied this approach in contexts ranging from my family’s business to global corporate environments.
My passion to drive change is something I enjoy sharing. This has led to invitations from global platforms such as BBC World News, Management Today and Agile Business Consortium to participate in panels, deliver keynotes, and co-author and publish articles where I shared my experience on innovation and driving change in organisations.
Everything I do builds on over a decade of industry experience building innovation capabilities and driving organisational change through implementing systemic, measurable practices that can be easily understood and adopted.
